MORTEN – LOCAL SALMON FISHING GUIDE
Målselv, Northern Norway
Morten is a true local guide in every sense of the word. He lives right on the banks of the Målselva River, with his own private stretch of salmon water just outside his door.
At 34 years old, Morten has been fly fishing since the age of 16. During the salmon season, he spends around 50 days on the river, giving him an exceptional understanding of the river, its changing conditions and the behaviour of its Atlantic salmon.
Living and fishing in Målselv means that Morten doesn’t just know the river – the river is part of his everyday life. His extensive time on the water and genuine local knowledge make him an excellent companion for anglers looking to experience salmon fishing in Målselva.
